Reciprocal Reading

We have been Learning how to do reciprocal reading. First you have a leader who decides what job each person will do. The jobs are predictor who guesses what might happen in the book.
The questioner thinks about what you already know or would like to know and asks some questions. The Clarifier asks if there are any words or sentences that you do not understand.  Finally the summariser tells  us what happened on the page.  I am working on questioning because I am not making long questions.

My Lego House

I built a Lego house
for my challenge.

When I'm Famous

When I'm famous I want to be a motorbike rider and I can hang off my bike and land on the ground when I do a backflip.

When I'm famous I will be able to show off all my gear because it will be sponsored and I will have lots of free stuff. 

When I'm famous I will live in a big house that has a motorbike track that goes all around it, because I will need lots of room to be able to practice otherwise I won't be famous.

When I’m famous for being a motorbike rider I will also have lots of fans and will have my own youtube page so everyone can watch me.

When I’m famous I will be able to have more than one motorbike because I'll be rich so I can buy lots.

Construction at the Beach Part 2

This was day 3.
Still standing 

So this was day 2 after i planted first tree,

And Day 4
It had fallen down

So today i decided to
take my shovel to the beach
 and plant another one

Mum, Mila and I dug a hole
and i put the tree in the hole.

Then i packed the sand down.

I then decided i needed another
tree, so i dug another hole.

I found another tree and
dragged it over to the hole.

And planted it also.

I didn't stop at 2 trees
I had to get a third one.

I tided them all up.

Mila had added her tree at the end.
so this is now my family set of trees.

Construction at the Beach

Today we went to the Beach and found this old tree

So Mum, Mila and I decided to plant it again

We covered the base if the tree with lots of logs and sand to hold it up

Once we covered it we then put stones all around the base

Mum took my photo of our finished tree in the sand

I took this  photo of the stones around the base

After we had finished, we went and sat up on the bank and watched the waves come in and around our tree.

I didn't fall over.

P.E.

Today for P.E. We played bat down.
                                     

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            Dad throws the ball to me and i hit  the                                                                                           ball over the road.

 Then Uncle Smithy had to throw the ball back 

                                                   to try and hit the bat.

 Today Dad and I made a cardboard bird house

 First  I had to cut the shapes out of the cardboard

Then Dad and I used the hot glue gun and glued the bits together 

This is what it looked like when we finished gluing it together 

Then I painted it Black with a red roof
